This means that certain features may still be in development, and users may encounter bugs, incomplete functionalities, or unexpected behavior. By using the Service during the beta phase, you acknowledge that the platform is not in its final release form and agree to use it “as is” without any guarantees or warranties. Your feedback during this stage is highly appreciated and will help us improve the Service.
1. Purpose of the Service
Applio is designed to serve both job seekers and recruiters (including HR professionals), providing digital tools to help them organize, manage, and track their job search or recruitment processes in an orderly and structured manner. The Service includes features such as resume management, job application tracking, reminders, task planning, candidate information storage, and more.
2. No Employment Guarantee
You acknowledge and agree that Applio is a productivity and organizational platform, not a job placement agency, headhunting service, or employment intermediary. Use of the Service does not guarantee job offers, candidate responses, interview opportunities, or successful hiring. We are not a party to any employment relationship, contract, or hiring outcome. You use the platform entirely at your own discretion and risk, and we shall not be liable for any employment-related consequences.
3. Eligibility and User Accounts
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation, infringes on the rights of others, involves fraudulent or deceptive practices, or interferes with the functionality, security, or integrity of the Service. You may not upload, store, or distribute any unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with Applio.
5. User Content and License Grant
You retain ownership of the content you upload or submit through the Service, including job listings, resumes, notes, or communications (“User Content”). By submitting content, you grant Applio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You warrant that you have the rights necessary to grant us this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding User Content) are owned by Applio or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to the platform’s design, functionality, branding, software, text, graphics, and trademarks. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works based on any portion of the Service without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, data, revenue, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your access to or use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Applio, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose prior to termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the “Last Updated” date or notifying users via email or the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel, and you irrevocably consent to such jurisdiction. No other court or tribunal shall have authority to adjudicate any matter related to these Terms or the Service.
